If we are at markets and events we may not be in the office every day to process orders, however 99% of the time orders will be with you within 2-5 days. The standard postage charge is £3.50 sent by Royal Mail 2nd class, orders over £50 have free delivery. If you need any other postal service please contact us on 07835008900 to see if we can help.

We accept returns within 14 days with a full refund minus the delivery cost if the item is unused and in it's original packaging.  Please report any damaged items immediately and we will send a replacement along with a returns bag for the damaged goods, and a refund or goods to cover the postage cost within 7 days of receipt of the returns.
